We recommend you stage your home with the help of a designer before it goes on the market for sale. This will help you to sell your house fast and at the right price.

Staging is a two-step process:

• The interior designer will do a consultation to plan the best way to present your house to potential buyers and you will receive a report with suggestions for preparing your house for sale. This report may include suggestions for repairs, paint color changes, updates, or other needs your house may have to make it appealing to all potential buyers.
• Then the designer will come if you wish and complete the final furniture, art, and accessory arrangement and give your home that model home "polish."
